Hello
I’m Loris—and I’m really glad you’re here.
This work was born from a deep belief in the power of presence, listening, and affirmation. BMB Coaching exists to create space—for reflection, clarity, and honest conversation—so you can reconnect with who you are and move forward with intention. My hope is that as you read my story, you’ll feel welcomed, seen, and encouraged to explore what’s possible for you.
How I came to coaching
I came to coaching because I had to learn how to keep showing up in seasons that stretched me. Over time, I realized I wasn’t just helping people solve problems, I was helping them come back to themselves.
My work in education, leadership, and community-building showed me something powerful: so many brilliant, capable people are quietly carrying too much alone. Coaching became the place where I could support people in telling the truth about what they need, releasing what isn’t theirs to hold, and choosing what’s next with courage and clarity.
Why people need coaching (Saying the quiet part out loud)
I think most people struggle with feeling like they have to be “strong” all the time.
They’re managing responsibilities, leadership, family, and expectations, and they’re “performing wellness” while privately feeling overwhelmed, tired, disconnected, or unsure. Many people don’t say it out loud, but they’re asking:
“Am I failing… or am I just exhausted?”
“Why can’t I rest without guilt?”
“Who am I when I’m not achieving?”
Coaching creates space to name what’s true and rebuild from a place that’s honest and sustainable.
My Story
I come to this work as many things: a mother, sister, auntie, minister, educator, and friend. Each of these roles has shaped how I show up in the world and how I show up for others. Through them, I’ve received wisdom, love, confidence, and joy—and I’ve also learned one of the most important lessons of my life.
People don’t actually want answers or opinions as much as they want to be seen, heard, and affirmed—without judgment.
That understanding is at the heart of my coaching practice.
BMB Coaching exists to offer space. Space to share honestly. Space to reflect deeply. Space to explore what’s possible and to soar as high as you’re willing to fly. The coaching relationship is client-led, grounded in trust, and rooted in presence. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with who you already are.
Over the past decade, my work has centered on education, leadership, and equity. I have supported schools, educators, and organizations in developing practices that help students, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds thrive. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to present and facilitate conversations at the local, national, and international levels—always with a focus on community, belonging, and meaningful change.
My lived experience, faith, and professional journey have taught me that growth is deeply personal—and deeply relational. Whether I’m coaching an individual, facilitating a group, or partnering with an organization, my intention is always the same: to create an affirming, honest space where people feel supported in becoming more aligned, more confident, and more grounded in their values.
If you’re here, I believe there’s a reason.
I would be honored to partner with you on your journey.
